Richard has vast experience in contracts management and estimating for both residential and commercial projects.

His career spans 17 years, 10 of which were spent working in design and project management for multinational engineering and design consultancy, WS Atkins plc.

As well as his impressive work experience, Leeds-born Richard has an HND in building studies and an honours degree in construction management.
