Harrogate-born Tom founded TJ Pybus Construction in October 2006 after 22 years in the construction industry. He started his career as a qualified timeserve joiner before becoming a foreman, assistant site manager and then site manager.

Tom has extensive experience of the industry, including commercial and residential housing projects that range in value from £100,000 to £75million.
